Another year has gone by, and while I don't feel any older, I have noticed that the kids have gotten a bit taller and a little bit wiser (or so they think). There is never a dull moment at the Bowman household, what with work, school, sports, music lessons, friends and the like. As Lastenia and I drop off to sleep every night, we're just happy that we made it through another day. We are excited to visit Grandma Nellie and Grandpa Maurice in Oaxaca this coming January. It should be quite the experience flying with five kids into the heart of Mexico. We keep informing the kids that we are having a Dutch Christmas this year (no toys, only food and candy) to pay for the trip. We feel very blessed and are grateful for our good health, family ties, and for the joy the gospel brings in our lives. Merry Christmas to all!!
