There was a big change in our lives this year. We sold our home on 4125 South and moved into a Retirement Center in the Brickyard. That was a big change. Lunch and dinner are provided, our rooms cleaned etc. We thought it was too much. We were just not ready for that. So Anneke is now finishing a basement apartment for us in her home and at the end of November we will move in there! We will have one nice bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and a big livingroom with a fireplace.

We are both still healthy and enjoy many things, especially the fact that we are still together. So many people our age have lost their partners and that is hard when you have been together for soo long. It will be 57 years of married life for us in January.
